Managing customer flow is a fundamental issue when approaching shop design. Elektro-Material entrusted Mathys with a revamp of all its sales outlets in Switzerland.
A new brand entity and colour-coding to differentiate customer flows were the focus of an in-depth conceptual study following the initial outlining of the project.
Optimal levels of comfort for staff and for visitors to the e-shop pick-up areas bring a sense of calm to an extremely busy space.
